Our Story
When our founder, Maddy, was deciding on the name of our company, she thought long and hard about coming up with something that reflected both a partnership with our clients and the goal of having a positive relationship with their greatest resource: their people. We are proud that People Partners—a female and latina owned business—has accomplished exactly that over the last two decades.
Our Approach
We pay close attention to both overall strategy and individual team member care, ensuring that we prioritize the needs of the organization, advise employers about best practice, and respond to our client’s direction in terms of where the organization requires the most assistance. The goal is always to convey our intentions to have a seamless, proactive, and personalized approach when solving problems—whether those problems be at the organizational level, department level, or individual level. Our job is to handle the responsibilities of the human resources function to enable our clients to focus on growing and developing their organizations.
