Human Resources Administrative Role
100% Remote ∙ $25/hour
Position Description:
People Partners®, LLC is seeking highly motivated college graduates to work with company clients on a variety of Human Resources related matters. Administrative position presents real opportunities for exposure to the HR field and experience within a remote office environment.
HR Administrative roles with People Partners®, LLC start at $25 per hour. Benefits are not currently offered as a part of the position, however, the role is 100% remote and offers great flexibility.
People Partners® also produces a podcast called Everything HR™. There may be opportunities that arise to work with our podcast production team on particular episodes or, depending on interest, potentially on a recurring basis.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be college graduates (by June 2024) with excellent oral and written communication abilities and a strong interest in Human Resources and/or Business. The position requires high-level organizational and time management skills. Must be authorized to work in the US.
About the Company:
People Partners®, LLC is an HR consultancy founded and run by Madeleine Mestman, who is not only an executive-level HR professional, but also a first generation college graduate and proud Latina. She founded People Partners nearly 25 years ago, and loves what she does. With over 35 years of experience, Maddy would like to serve as a Human Resources and business mentor to anyone joining the People Partners team!

Applicants must have at least 1-2 years in talent acquisition, with excellent oral and written communication abilities. The position requires high-level organizational and time management skills, and ability to work with managers at all levels. Must be authorized to work in the US.
